Claims Analyst

Handling complex bodily injury and property damage claims, the full-time Licensed Claims Analyst will investigate, adjust claims, and direct outside counsel and vendors while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Investigates and adjusts claims, directing outside defense counsel and vendors in the claims-handling process Assists the Claims Manager in identifying exposures and recommending solutions Supervises outside vendors for investigations and litigation management, ensuring compliance with applicable jurisdictions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with seven or more years in casualty claims Strong technical skills in claims handling Adjuster licenses are required for various states Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing Property and Casualty claims Ability to handle large exposure and complex claims, including litigated matters
