Cath Lab Tech FT Days 15k Sign on Bonus Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital Plano – 1100 Allied Dr, Plano, TX 75093. Salary: $15,000 with sign‑on bonus. Licensure/Credential required: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT‑R radiography or imaging credential. Education: Minimum of an associate degree from an accredited institution, or 2 years of cath‑lab experience in lieu of a degree. New graduates considered. Shift/Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Full Time, Day Shift). Call: 8–9 days of call with 1 weekend/month. Rotating weekday off. Procedures handled: Heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention, structural heart, vascular. 15–25 cases per day. Job Summary As a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, you will assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures. Responsibilities include preparing the room and equipment, instructing patients, monitoring patient condition, and providing routine and emergency patient care during procedures. You will also contribute to training other personnel and participate in daily, monthly, or quarterly quality control initiatives through auditing and reporting. Qualifications Licensure/Credential: RCIS or ARRT‑R radiography or imaging credential. Education: Associate degree from an accredited institution or 2 years of cath‑lab experience.
