This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping financial strategy and decision-making within a fast-scaling, high-growth technology environment. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional business leaders to drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The position is highly analytical and impactful, focusing on turning complex financial data into clear insights that guide executive decisions. You will help build scalable planning frameworks and improve financial processes through automation and modern tooling, including AI-driven solutions. This is a collaborative, high-visibility role where your insights will directly influence investment priorities and business performance. You will also contribute to strengthening the financial operating rhythm and supporting long-term strategic planning initiatives across the organization.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own and support core FP&A processes while driving financial clarity and operational excellence across the business.

• Lead portions of annual planning, forecasting cycles, and long-range financial modeling activities
• Analyze monthly performance, identify key business drivers, and deliver actionable insights to leadership teams
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy and alignment between actuals, forecasts, and KPIs
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment planning
• Improve reporting dashboards and executive-level financial materials to support business visibility
• Automate manual reporting processes and enhance planning workflows using modern tools and AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and G&A teams to assess financial impact and business performance

Requirements:

This role requires strong financial acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, and experience operating in dynamic, high-growth environments.

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience building scalable forecasting frameworks
• Experience in SaaS or technology environments is strongly preferred
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to leadership
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve financial processes and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• High attention to detail, strong business curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguity
