Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical writing experience (10+ years preferred).
- Strong experience creating customer-facing product documentation.
- Experience writing user guides, configuration guides, installation guides, or troubleshooting documentation.
- Ability to work independently and learn technical concepts quickly.
- Experience working directly with engineers and technical SMEs.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with structured authoring tools such as Paligo, DITA, MadCap Flare, DocBook, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with networking, infrastructure, hardware appliances, APIs, or enterprise software environments is a plus.
