Concession Supervisor

Concessions SupervisorThe Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the food service area. This role includes delegating tasks to Concessions Workers, ensuring high standards of customer service, food preparation, and sanitation, as well as managing inventory and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Concessions Supervisor also handles scheduling, training, and supporting the Concessions team.Essential Job Functions:Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasksTrains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directionsProperly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and proceduresSets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stationsServes food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needsReplenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levelsMaintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Adheres to City of Cleveland Heights safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitationEnsures security of assetsQualifications and skills:Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferredPrevious food service experience requiredMust be able to acquire food safety certificationMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsAdditional Information: The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
