Implementations Project Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Implementation Project Manager with a global consulting firm known for its innovative solutions and dynamic growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex software implementation projects in a fast-paced, international environment. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project deliveries while working closely with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities Shape and set up implementation projects, including defining context, objectives, scope, and approach, ensuring feasibility and involving all relevant stakeholders. Manage a portfolio of your own projects, including schedule, scope, people, budget, and risk management, and track progress with clear communication and documentation. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, third parties, vendors, and partners, coordinating work effectively within projects. Manage, train, and coach team members daily, providing feedback and supporting their development. Lead and participate in internal initiatives, promoting continuous improvement and innovation. Report to the Director, Professional Services (Americas). Qualifications 1-7 years of solid project management experience, preferably in information technology or software implementation environments (SaaS). Proven client-facing leadership and communication skills. Hands‑on experience with software implementations such as ERPs, SQL, and Qlik Sense. Strong understanding of project financials and budget management. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking abilities. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and willingness to travel. Knowledge of procurement processes is advantageous.
