responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, inspection checklists, CTQ parameters, and Q-gates to ensure product excellence.
Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) metrics and perform COPQ analyses to drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, and cost savings.
Proactively analyze customer complaints, conduct root cause analyses (8D, 5Why, FMEA), and implement robust corrective action plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams during customer audits, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and industry certification audits (UL, CSA, ISO).
Map manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities and serve as a technical QA consultant to senior management and key customers.
