This is an on-site position working under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities. Monitor patient performance and response to treatment. Document patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists. Educate patients on prescribed home exercise programs. Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment. Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and rehabilitation staff. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current PTA license in Missouri and/or Kansas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience. Workers' compensation or occupational medicine experience.
