Director of Product Management

This role owns a meaningful revenue segment and is responsible for driving product strategy, innovation, and profitability across multiple categories and channels.This is a highly visible role with end-to-end accountability for portfolio performance, pricing, and long-term growth, working closely with commercial, operations, and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & GrowthDefine and execute product strategy across a broad consumer product portfolioIdentify new market opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and private label channelsLead cross-functional initiatives to support growth and market expansionAnalyze customer trends, category dynamics, and competitive positioningEngage with key customers and partners to support business development effortsProduct Development & RoadmapBuild and manage short- and long-term product roadmapsPartner with cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize new productsLead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and optimizationPrioritize projects and investments to maximize returnP&L Ownership & PricingOwn product line financial performance, including pricing and marginsPartner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve cost positionDevelop and execute pricing strategies across channelsIdentify opportunities to enhance profitability and product mixCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with Sales to drive growth across key accountsPartner with Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market executionWork with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure reliable product deliveryAlign internal teams around strategic priorities and execution plansQualifications10+ years of product management experience in a consumer products or manufacturing environmentExperience supporting retail, e-commerce, or private label channels preferredProven track record of managing product performance or owning a P&LStrong financial acumen and analytical decision-making skillsExperience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizationBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
