We offer a temperature-controlled environment (yes, the AC is great), a high-energy culture, and a schedule that gives you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Position - Milling Machinist

Job Location - Appleton, WI

Starting Date - ASAP

Employment Term - Direct Hire

Employment Type - Full time

Work Hours (Shift) - 3pm to 3am M-W 3pm to noon on Thursday - Off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Starting Pay - Starting salary of $60,000+ based on your expertise

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience

This isn't just "button pushing." You will be working in a job shop environment tackling complex parts and solving puzzles daily.

• Machine & Program: Take complex parts from blueprint to finished product.
• Strategize: Determine the most efficient sequence and method to machine parts accurately.
• Problem Solve: Figure out how to run multiple parts and optimize workflows.
• Stay Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 6S procedures and prioritize safety above all else.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of machining experience in a job shop environment is required.
• Skills: You can program at a complex level and read blueprints like a pro.
• Mindset: You're a problem-solver who knows how to prioritize tasks when the shop gets busy.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Communication: You work well with a team and can communicate clearly.
