Travel Requirement: Up to 10% Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overv i ewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects supporting enterprise application teams and shared services initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional projects, establishing project management methodologies, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organizati on Key Responsibil it iesEstablish and implement project management processes, methodologies, and best practices for IT initiativ es.Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocatio ns.Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project executi on.Monitor daily project activities, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budg et.Identify project risks, issues, and resource constraints, and proactively elevate concerns when necessa ry.Conduct quality reviews and ensure adherence to organizational standards and customer expectat ionManage communication across all impacted business and technology t eamstruck key project milestones and adjust project plans and resources as nee dedsupport application teams by providing shared services and project coordinat ionmanage one or more moderately to highly complex IT projects simultaneou sly Required Qualifica tionOns bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fi eld.7+ years of experience in IT Project Managem ent.Proven experience managing medium to large-scale cross-functional IT proje cts.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practi ces.Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management ski lls.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environm ent.
