Job Description:
Job Summary
As a Production Associate on our chlorine tablet and chemical lines, you are the backbone of the manufacturing process at Stellar Manufacturing. This is a fast-paced, physically active role that requires a high commitment to safety and quality. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring chemical feed systems, and ensuring that our water treatment products are packaged and ready for distribution.

**This position does not work with the busline.**

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely operate and monitor chemical blending, pressing, and packaging machinery.

System Monitoring: Watch chemical feed systems closely to ensure production specs and quality standards are met.

Packaging & Palletizing: Package finished water treatment products into containers, seal them, and stack boxes onto pallets for distribution.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Working Environment & Physical Demands
This role is highly physical and requires working in a rugged industrial environment. Please ensure you can meet the following conditions before applying:

Climate Conditions: This is not a climate-controlled facility. Temperatures will fluctuate with the seasons.

Sensory Conditions: The production floor features strong chlorine odors. N95 masks and safety glasses are provided and required in designated areas.

Physical Stamina: You must be able to stand and walk for the duration of your entire 10-hour shift.

Heavy Lifting: Constantly lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying weights up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Shift & Attendance Policies
Friday Overtime: Fridays are scheduled as mandatory overtime based on production needs.

Attendance Policy: Friday overtime shifts cannot be used to make up for missed hours or unexcused absences during the regular Monday-Thursday work week. Dependable attendance is crucial.

Qualifications Preferred (Highly Desired):
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or heavy industrial environment.

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have long sleeves (or you may end up wearing a Tyvek suit) and be without any holes or rips. Pants (no shorts allowed) without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed steel toe and non slip footwear only. ***It is highly suggested to bring an additional shirt so you can change as needed throughout your shift.***
