Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan and monitor shift performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and ensure safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals and achieve shift targets.
