Job Summary:

Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing Profession in West Burlington, Iowa. This position involves providing routine daily nursing care and other services to elderly residents in a facility with a total capacity of 160 beds. The role requires close collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. The position offers variable shifts, primarily on evening or night hours, with most shifts lasting around 12 hours. Every other weekend rotation is required.

Job Details:

• Location: West Burlington, Iowa
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, primarily on evenings (1430 - 2300) or nights (2245 - 0645) with 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); recent Epic electronic medical record experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting; no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Provides residents with routine nursing care and services based on assessments and care plans. Collaboration with the RN Manager is essential. Previous experience in a long-term care setting using Epic within the past year is required. The position involves working a variable schedule, predominantly evenings or nights, with every other weekend required.
