Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide remote mental health services through evidence-based programs, ensuring effective treatment delivery and follow-up.

  • Closely monitor participant progress, conduct comprehensive assessments, and maintain detailed documentation of session notes for continuity of care.

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team, assisting participants in accessing additional resources and navigating the treatment process, including securing necessary consent and authorization.

  • Proactively identify and manage high-risk participants who present safety concerns, following established protocols to ensure their well-being.

  • Engage in regular consultations with clinical supervisors and participate in team meetings and organizational events to align with best practices.

  • Uphold the strictest standards of confidentiality and privacy as dictated by HIPAA, participating in required annual compliance training.

The individuals you will work with span a variety of backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. Our clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. By employing proven therapeutic techniques and establishing strong therapeutic relationships, your role significantly contributes to their healing and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.

  • Must possess an active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A commitment to maintaining a steady schedule, providing 40 hours of clinical care each week.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Clinical experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-oriented approaches is highly desirable.
