Duties Review and execute documents requiring attorney's signature for post-judgment inventory. Communicate with Post Judgment Attorney Manager and clients to discuss case details. Assist in responding to post-judgment components of client audits. Monitor relevant legal rules, regulations, statutes, and case law. Conduct research and analysis of legal problems. Analyze probable outcomes of cases using legal precedents. Prepare and file legal documents. Oversee support staff and assist in managing workflow as needed. Respond to inquiries from collection and legal staff on post-judgment accounts. Requirements Graduate of an accredited institution by the American Bar Association (ABA) with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Demonstrated case analysis ability and proven settlement skills. Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in internet and online research. Ability to operate basic office equipment such as a copy machine, printer, scanner, and computer. Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for details. Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to urgent matters. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited institution. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Case analysis and settlement skills. Proficiency in MS Office and online research. Effective communication and organizational skills.
