Job Summary
Xray Technologist XRAY TECH Location: Not Specified. This position involves performing imaging studies such as X-rays, fluoroscopies, and C-arms within a high-volume radiology department. The role requires utilizing advanced imaging equipment in a fast-paced environment, supporting in both routine and complex procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and care.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: certification in radiologic technology (ARRT or equivalent), BLS certification, WV State License, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology or similar clinical setting.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional information: Department has 5 imaging scanners and rooms, with no anticipated need for float coverage. Experience with C-arm fluoroscopy and digital radiography is preferred.
• The department performs approximately 400 scans/studies per day, utilizing Epic and Fuji Synapse PACS systems.
• Must have experience with Toshiba Rad Rooms, Carestream portables, and OEC C-arms.
• The position involves working in an acute care setting with in-house radiologists available 24/7, with responsibilities including staffing during weekends, holidays, and on-call as required.
• Department-specific orientation will be provided.
• Submission must include an unexpired copy of the candidates drivers license and certifications, and willingness to wait for license approval is required.
