Social Media Manager

For over four decades, Manfredi Jewels has been the destination for the world's finest watches and jewelry in Greenwich, Connecticut. We represent the most respected names in horology and high jewelry, and we serve a clientele that expects the same standard of taste from our marketing as from our showroom. We are looking for someone who can capture that world on camera — and be comfortable in front of it. The Role This is not a desk job. You will live inside the boutique: shooting the pieces as they arrive, telling the stories behind them, hosting brand events, and building the daily social presence that brings collectors through our doors. You will own Manfredi's voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and you'll work directly with our brand partners on co-marketing that meets their standards. What You'll Own Content creation (the core of the role) Shoot and edit photo and video content in-boutique daily — new arrivals, macro watch detail, styling, client moments, events Appear on camera as a host and presenter: unboxings, new-release walkthroughs, "what's in the case this week," event coverage Maintain a content library organized by brand and category Social media management Own the content calendar, publishing schedule, and community management across all platforms Respond to DMs and comments in a way that converts interest into showroom appointments Track performance and report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth, and inquiries generated Brand coordination Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for our watch and jewelry brand partners Coordinate co‑op campaigns, approved asset usage, launch timing, and brand compliance Support brand events and trunk shows in the boutique — before, during, and after Support the buildout and scheduling of client eblasts in partnership with our marketing agency Supply the imagery, copy angles, and product selections that drive each send What We're Looking For Required 2–5 years in social media, content creation, or brand marketing — luxury, fashion, watches, jewelry, hospitality, or automotive preferred A portfolio of photo and video work you personally shot and edited Genuine on-camera presence: articulate, warm, and credible speaking about product Strong eye for luxury aesthetics — composition, lighting, styling, restraint Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or CapCut, Lightroom, and native platform tools Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, generative editing, AI video) and eager to use them to work faster Professional, polished, and discreet — you'll be around high-value inventory and private clientele Based within commuting distance of Greenwich, CT Real knowledge of, and love for, fine watches and jewelry Prior experience coordinating with luxury brand marketing teams Basic Shopify or e-commerce familiarity Why This Role You will have direct access to some of the most beautiful objects made, real ownership of a respected brand's voice, and a seat at the table with the world's leading watch and jewelry houses.
