Thirteen Bar and Restaurant, located in Verona, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Steward. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, service ware, and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware during high-volume service periods.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine safely and efficiently according to sanitation standards.
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with light cleaning duties including floors, mats, drains, and surfaces.
• Support kitchen team during peak service with urgency and focus.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
