This role provides the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams, customers, and technical leadership to ensure high‑quality execution throughout the life cycle of complex aerospace systems. This is a full‑time, on-site position located in Indianapolis, Indiana.What You Will DoDevelop data workflows, dashboards, and metric‑tracking systems to support engineering decision‑making for avionics/sensor integration programsIntegrate data sources, tools, and technical components across engineering teams, ensuring usability, accuracy, and alignment with program needsCoordinate technical activities with cross‑discipline stakeholders (systems, software, cyber, customer teams) to ensure consistent communication and system alignmentSupport program reviews by preparing presentations, documenting decisions, and communicating technical status to leadership and government partnersApply structured, data‑driven problem‑solving to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions across tools, databases, and workflowsIntegrate tools, systems, and workflows across technical teams in complex environmentsPrepare technical reports and/or briefings for leadership, customers, and cross‑functional groupsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of experience designing and implementing databases, SQL queries, metric systems, or dashboards for technical organizations.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
