High School Literature Teacher need-Nov

High school Academic English teacher needed in Haidian, Beijing for Mid of Nov.

Salary: 27,000-30,000 rmb/m before tax,
Housing: 4,000 rmb/m before tax,
Winter (3-4 weeks) and summer holiday (4-5 weeks) will be paid 70%,
11 days' paid national holiday +1 day's paid Christmas leave,
Paid Sick leave: 5 days,
Paid personal leave: 2 days,
Free lunch,
Flight remibursement: up to 6,000 rmb,
Paid Social insurance,
Tuition: the 1st kid free tuition, the 2nd kid 50%'s tuition.

Work from 8 am to 5:20pm during Mon to Fri (1 to 1.5 hours' lunch break),
1 Night duty /week (6:30 pm to 9:20 pm),
No more than 25 classes/week,
Performance bonus after contract end: up to 1 month's salary

Requirements:
1. A native speaker of English from USA/CAN/AUS/UK/NZ;
2. Master degree or Bachelor degree in relevant major(s);
3. Qualified for Working Visa and currently resident in China;
4. ESL, TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA Certificates;
5. 3-5 years secondary school English language teaching experience with a focus on academic skills and EAL/D or ESL curriculum;
6. In-depth command of teaching techniques and problem-solving skills;
7. A commitment to the best interest of students;
8. A warm, open-minded and friendly personality;
