Job Description

Job Summary:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Ensure high-quality image capture while adhering to safety protocols and departmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment including GE, Shimadzu X-ray rooms, and Carestream portables.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring proper positioning and safety.
• Accurately operate Epic, Syngo, and AGFA EI PACS systems to process and store images.
• Follow clinical protocols to maintain image quality and patient safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies on licensure, certifications, and safety procedures.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a permanent Ohio license in Radiologic Technology at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Radiologic Technology.
• Active certifications with no pending requirements; ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate scores required.
• Experience with Epic, Syngo, AGFA EI PACS, and GE or Shimadzu X-ray systems preferred.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and pass required assessments with up to two attempts.
• Must have references from a supervisor, manager, or director in radiologic technology.
