Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent degree required. Current State License as a Physical Therapist in PA or ability to obtain before start of assignment required. Proof of current CPR (BLS) certification required. Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active vehicle insurance required. 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Previous home health experience preferred. Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing as part of patient care required. Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule required. Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Assignment Type: Travel Start/End: March 2026 to July 2026 Job Duties: Provide evaluations, develop and revise Plans of Care, document progress notes and phone orders, instruct patients and families on transfers and equipment, order rehabilitative equipment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Skills Required: Knowledge of durable medical equipment; manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; ability to supervise other care team members when applicable.
