Reena Senior Living , a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a  Community Life Assistant  to join our growing team.

Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, WI, was recently voted “Best Assisted living in the Area” by the Jefferson County Daily Union for the 6th straight year.  We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services.  Reena   provides a supportive environment allowing new employees to grow as they join our caring team.

Shifts Available:   Part time, 20 hours/week

Week 1: Monday 830a-430p, Wednesday 930a-230p, Friday 830a-430p, Saturday 930a-230p
Week 2: Sunday 930a-230p, Wednesday 930a-230p, Thursday and Friday 830a-430p
Week 3: Monday 830a-430p, Wednesday 930a-230p, Thursday and Friday 830a-430p

Wage:  $15.45-$18.80 wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs. 
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred. 
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees. 
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
