Employer: DSV – Global transport and logistics Location: USA - VIRTUAL - US Tennessee Division: Solutions Job Title Senior Coordinator, Regional Safety Job Description The Regional Safety Coordinator supports the Health & Safety team by gathering safety hours, creating essential documentation, and organizing system details into a centralized, easy‑to‑locate format. This role manufactures executive‑level presentations, assists with data gathering on behavioral observations, and ensures safety data visibility across the North and South America regions. The Coordinator also facilitates the sharing of safety successes and supports the regional team in compiling critical safety alerts, preparing details for monthly newsletters and developing work instructions. Responsibilities Gather and track safety hours from all assigned sites within North and South America. Create, maintain, and update regional safety documents and records. Organize current system details and compile information into a unified, accessible format. Prepare comprehensive slide deck presentations for executive leadership reviews. Assist the safety team with behavioral observations and onsite assessments. Organize site‑specific safety details to provide clear visibility to local leadership teams. Share good news details and success stories to promote a proactive safety culture. Compile details for safety alerts, work instructions, and other training materials. Support the regional safety team in standardizing safety structures across sites. Create and maintain forms as records. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills and in‑depth understanding of documentation standards. Experience in data compilation and reporting with ability to translate complex safety metrics into clear executive summaries. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with site leadership across varied geographic regions. Proactive team player with interest in promoting behavioral‑based safety. Minimum A.A./A.S. or equivalent hands‑on experience in a safety or administrative coordination role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and G Suite. Comfortable with travel by car or plane across North and South America.
