Assistant Lead Supervisor

Support your team and bakery operations while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you'll:
- Guide team members to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure quality standards in cake production
- Support daily operations and special orders
- Help maintain a positive work environment
- Assist with administrative duties and reporting
- Partner with management on business goals
As an Assistant Lead Supervisor, you're key to our bakery's success! You'll help create an environment where team members thrive while ensuring our guests receive amazing service and perfect cakes.

Demonstrating our core values daily
1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic business math and computer proficiency
Problem-solving and organizational abilities
Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
Competitive compensation $14-17/hour DOE
