General Manager

Overview I solve talent access problems in manufacturing space (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean/CI/Opex, Quality). Location: Oak Creek, WI (Client only wants LOCAL candidates) Our client is looking for a General Manager to take the lead in their custom robotics and automation division . Responsibilities Lead the business across engineering, production, sales, and customer support. Drive growth with smart strategy, strong customer relationships, and execution excellence. Mentor and develop a team culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Manage resources, capacity, and P&L to keep the business efficient and profitable. Represent the company at trade shows and key customer visits (limited travel). Qualifications Bachelor’s in Engineering (any discipline). 4+ years of leadership and people-management experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with custom automation projects and robot integration. Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering results. Local to Oak Creek, WI (no relocation provided). U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
