Do you have a heart for serving others? Our House Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Caregiver to join our team. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you!Position:Part-TimeFlexible schedulingCNA Preferred (experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply)Compensation:Competitive pay based on experienceNight shift differential (when applicable)Weekend differentialOpportunities for additional hours and career growthResponsibilities:Provide compassionate, resident-centered careAssist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityAssist with meals and encourage resident independence whenever possibleRespond promptly to resident call lights and requestsMonitor residents' well-being and report concerns to the nursing teamComplete accurate documentationAssist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as assignedHelp create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our residentsQualifications:CNA certification preferredPrevious caregiving or assisted living experience is a plusCompassionate, dependable, and patientExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently while providing exceptional resident careMust be able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.Why work at Our House?At Our House Assisted Living, we're more than just coworkers; we're a family.
