Procurement Manager

Our client, a consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be part of the Source-to-Pay organization supporting internal stakeholders and supplier partners. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, relationship management skills, and strong analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Procurement Manager Location : Saint Bernard, OH Pay Range : $39.70/hr What’s the Job? Lead and execute Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing recommendations, contracts, pricing, procurement, payments, analysis, and governance. Own the definition and execution of sourcing, procurement, and payment strategies and tactics. Manage supplier relationships and effectively engage internal stakeholders. Facilitate end-to-end contract execution, from sourcing recommendations through supplier payments. Utilize technical solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring supply assurance, value creation, and policy compliance. What’s Needed? Experience with Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, procurement, contracts, pricing, and payments. Knowledge of policies, stewardship, compliance, controls, master data processes, and technical systems. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills. Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders, demonstrate integrative thinking, and drive regional and/or global business results.
