Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: 20-22/HR Hours: M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm, with some OT and required on-call shifts - After hours emergencies - Opening locked out vendors - 1 week of on-call Fri-Fri, every 4 weeks 2 hours of OT are added for the week, then for each time worker goes in for call they are given another automatic 2 hrs, then paid for each additional hour Location: 3 Summit Park Dr, Independence OH

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: This a building campus and candidate will need to work in multiple buildings on campus. Occasional travel to Beechwood building 18 miles away. Candidate will be reimbursed for mileage.

Team Overview: Some independent work and work as a team to help complete work orders and PM's Resource's typical working day: Daily HVAC checks Building checks - Lights - Bathrooms - General maintenance Planned repairs Daily work orders are completed PM's - HVAC - Belts - Filters - Greasing bearings

Licenses/Certifications: - Driver's license and working vehicle to be able to travel to other location in Beechwood on occasion. - Any other applicable license is a plus

Must Have Skills: Basic maintenance skills - Electrical - Plumbing - mechanical

Nice to have skills: Commercial HVAC experience Problem solving skills Trouble shooting skills Ability to learn and ask for help when needed

Years of Experience: 3+ years Software skills: Basic computer skills Microsoft Office

Interview Process: 1 round, in-person with H.M, 2nd round if needed
