To enhance customer interactions, the full-time remote Customer Experience Strategist will lead the design and implementation of customer journey maps, collaborate with business leaders on strategic initiatives, and champion the voice of the customer across various projects. Key responsibilities Research and prioritize emerging experience trends to inform project direction Collaborate with stakeholders to create vision statements and long-term product strategies Document customer interactions and implement improvements based on findings Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of professional experience in customer experience-related roles Demonstrated experience in researching trends and leading voice of the customer efforts Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and applicable data privacy regulations preferred Certification from a recognized customer/user experience leader is preferred
