Growth Product Manager
$131.75k - $165kRitual
Ritual is a personal health brand that is raising the bar for daily wellness. Known for our best-selling, clinically backed prenatal, we create science-backed supplements with transparency at their core. We believe women deserve products they can trust, backed by real evidence—not just promises. We started by reinventing the multivitamin with the first visible supply chain of its kind. Today, we’re expanding into new categories with the same high standards that built our reputation. Hundreds of thousands trust Ritual, and we’re growing fast. Our team of 120+ scientists, creatives, and skeptics is raising the bar for women’s health. We’re venture-backed, based in sunny Los Angeles, and always looking for people ready to challenge the industry—and do the best work of their careers. About the role We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for Ritual's Growth Squad, a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers focused on customer acquisition. You will own the full path from ad to landing page to checkout, treating it as a single connected product rather than separate handoffs across teams. This is a rare opportunity to build a product-led growth discipline at Ritual from the ground up, with direct ownership of how performance marketing investment turns into measurable business results. You'll work closely with Performance Marketing across channels like Meta, Google, and Affiliate, alongside Engineering and Design, to connect campaign performance to product and checkout decisions that drive real outcomes: conversion rate, initial order value, and acquisition efficiency. What you'll do Own the product strategy connecting acquisition and conversion. You will define how digital product decisions, landing pages, and checkout flows work together to convert traffic into customers, diagnosing where the funnel breaks and prioritizing the fixes with the clearest path to impact. Operationalize Ritual's Growth Squad as its product manager. You will turn acquisition and conversion targets set by Growth leadership into a clear, prioritized testing roadmap, and manage the day-to-day execution of a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers against it. Build a velocity advantage through Shopify and AI. You will work directly in Shopify to scope, launch, and validate experiments without waiting on other teams, and you'll build AI-driven workflows that let the squad test faster than a typical growth team. Shape Ritual's growth tooling. You will stay fluent in the broader Shopify app ecosystem and recommend the platforms and integrations that give the squad real speed, not just incremental tooling upgrades. Partner with Performance Marketing, Engineering, and Design. You will translate performance data from channels like Meta, Google, and Affiliate into product and experience changes, earning enough trust that the squad can move independently rather than seeking sign‑off on every test. Own acquisition efficiency as a business result. You will be accountable for customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and order value, using what you learn to continuously reprioritize the roadmap rather than simply reporting numbers after the fact. Run the roadmap like a program, not a backlog. You'll sequence tests against real constraints like creative timelines, engineering capacity, and seasonal demand, then hold a steady cadence of planning, execution, and readout the whole squad can rely on. Document what you learn, wins and failures alike, so other teams can build on the squad's work instead of repeating it. Who you are Structured Thinker: You bring clarity to a funnel that spans ads, landing pages, and checkout — evaluating where performance is breaking and turning that into a prioritized, actionable roadmap rather than a list of open questions. Outcome Owner: You take full responsibility for the funnel's results, not just your own workstream, communicating progress transparently and surfacing risk before it compounds. Empowered Collaborator: You co-create with Performance Marketing and Engineering rather than waiting for direction, building enough trust that the squad can move fast without constant oversight. Experimental Mindset: You treat testing speed as a real competitive advantage, comfortable killing a test as quickly as you'd scale one. Purpose Aligner: You see optimization work as more than a conversion lever — you connect it to helping women find products that genuinely fit their lives, and you hold that bar even under pressure to move fast. Rigorous Operationalist: You pair strong project management and organizational skills with excellent communication. You know how to keep a fast-moving testing pipeline organized, ensuring cross‑functional teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and nothing drops through the cracks. What you'll need 3-5 years of product management experience, including direct ownership of a conversion‑focused funnel or growth function at a direct‑to‑consumer brand, ideally in health and wellness — with a track record of managing a structured roadmap and team cadence, not just running individual experiments. Deep, hands‑on fluency in Shopify and its broader app and tooling ecosystem, including the ability to launch tests yourself and make credible platform recommendations. A demonstrated track record of running high‑velocity testing programs — sequencing priorities, managing a rolling roadmap, and keeping a cross‑functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers on cadence — that produced measurable gains in conversion rate or customer acquisition cost. Working knowledge of how paid digital advertising, particularly Meta, connects to landing page and checkout performance, with the ability to translate creative and media input into product priorities. Practical, hands‑on use of AI tools to speed up test scoping, analysis, or execution — not just familiarity with the concept. A track record of earning trust across design, engineering, and performance marketing teams strong enough that those teams give you latitude to make calls independently. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed above. We're committed to building a diverse team and recognize that skills can be developed in many different ways. Compensation Pay Range: $131,750 - $165,000 Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc — see our list of perks/benefits below.
