Our client, an excavation company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Attendant to join their team. As a Site Attendant, you will be an essential part of the yard operations team, supporting the smooth flow of daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Monitor and track all trucks and equipment entering and leaving the yard
• Direct traffic on-site and communicate clearly with drivers as needed
• Maintain accurate logs of yard activity, including truck counts and load tracking
• Enter and track data using basic computer software
• Assist with washing trucks on-site as needed

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and team members
• Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking systems)
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a low-activity environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Requires a General Mineral Miner (GMM) Certification
• First Aid/CPR
