Senior Paid Media Manager - ROI-Driven, Hybrid (Flexible PTO)

Optimal is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive strategy and performance across paid channels from our Austin base. You will own key client relationships, partner with the Paid Media Director and leadership to present strategies, and continuously test new channels for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PPC experience, strong data skills in Google Analytics/Ads and Meta Ads, plus excellent communication.
