Growth Product Manager

Driving product growth and user experience, the full-time remote Principal Growth Product Manager will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for client-facing components of the InfoTrack Exchange marketplace, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer adoption and engagement. Key responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for client-facing components, ensuring a cohesive and improving customer experience Establish and analyze key product growth metrics, designing experiments to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to communicate product enhancements and support customer adoption and revenue growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field 6+ years of product management experience with a focus on product growth and user engagement Experience delivering customer-facing product enhancements in an agile development environment Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps across multiple products or platforms Preferred experience in legal technology or a growth-stage organization
