Our focus is strength, speed, and long-term athletic development in a high-energy, team-driven environment. Position Overview We are hiring an Assistant Performance Coach for evening hours. This is a part-time role designed for coaches who want to gain experience, develop their skills, and grow into leading classes and personal training. Schedule 3–4 days per week Approximately 4 hours per shift Evening classes (after school / work hours) Optional Saturday hours available Compensation

• 15/hour (base coaching shift)
• 20/session (class assist)
• 25/session (lead group classes)
• 35/session (personal training)

+ Sales Commissions Compensation increases as you grow into leading classes and building your own client base.
