Director, Fair Lending Counsel — Regulatory Strategy

Capital One’s Consumer & Small Business Legal Team is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Director, Fair Lending and Assistant General Counsel. The role focuses on fair lending laws, CRA/HMDA, and regulatory advocacy to support business credit initiatives and Capital One’s Community Benefits Plan.
The successful candidate will advise across business lines, manage compliance and litigation, and lead cross-functional collaborations with Compliance, Legal, and external partners.
