The successful candidate:

***Schedule: Must be flexible as needed between the hours of 6:00AM-7:00PM; weekends & holidays as needed.***

The Culinary Rep provides Culinary and Dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care. Ensures a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment with an unparalleled level of customer service to ensure all Patients, Caregivers, Stakeholders, and guests have a positive experience at our facility. Responsible for all cash transactions, for all food items and the maintaining and set-up of serving and dining area.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage/Hospitality/High-volume hospital cafeteria setting, preferred

License/ Certification/ Permit:

• Currently dated Food Handler's Permit from County/State Health Department in which you reside if required by the state (Required in AZ). ServeSafe preferred.
• Certification from an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) food handler training accredited program or obtained within 30 days of employment (Required in IL). ServeSafe preferred.
