Finance Manager

Position Summary Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the US Controller’s team. This hybrid role is responsible for supporting Gross-to-Net (GTN) accounting activities for branded and generic ophthalmology operations. The Manager will oversee critical month-end and quarter-end accounting processes, including review and approval of accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Job Title Manager, Gross to Nets Location Hybrid |Bridgewater, NJ Schedule 1st Pay $90-$110 Key Responsibilities Review and approve month-end and quarter-end manual journal entries, including GTN accruals, reclassifications, and true-up entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies. Prepare and review monthly reconciliations and conduct product-level roll-forward analysis of GTN balance sheet accounts and system interfaces. Identify, investigate, document, and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Assist with analysis, reporting, and posting of quarterly actual versus estimate true-up adjustments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Prior experience with GTN accounting in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
