Full Stack Engineer

$180,000 – $220,000 base + equity + benefits Early-stage Identity Cybersecurity Start-up StealthWatch are partnered with a high-growth, Series A–funded cybersecurity company that is building a next-generation identity platform. The Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale their core platform. You’ll work across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications to deliver secure, high-performance identity workflows. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with founding engineers and product leaders to shape both the product and engineering culture. What You’ll Be Doing Build and scale core platform features across frontend and backend systems Design and implement secure APIs for identity, authentication, and authorization workflows Develop intuitive UI/UX for managing users, policies, and access controls Work on real-time systems for identity threat detection and alerting Collaborate with security engineers to implement best practices (OAuth, SSO, RBAC, Zero Trust) Own features end-to-end — from design to production Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability in a cloud-native environment Help define engineering standards, tooling, and architecture What We’re Looking For 4–8+ years of full stack engineering experience Startup or high-growth product environment strongly preferred Technical Skills Frontend: React, TypeScript (or similar modern frameworks) Backend: Node.js, Go, Python, or Java API design: REST and/or GraphQL Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have) Security / Identity (Highly Valued) Experience with authentication and identity systems Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, or SCIM Understanding of access control models (RBAC, ABAC) Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures Ways of Working Strong product mindset and user empathy Ability to move quickly with high ownership Comfortable in ambiguity and early-stage environments Nice to Have Experience building developer platforms or APIs Exposure to cybersecurity or identity threat detection Knowledge of event-driven systems or streaming (Kafka, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
