Position: Wireless Retail Sales Representative Location: Poteau, OK Job Id: 3896-CRK424 # of Openings: 1 Cricket by Crown Wireless is a leading authorized Cricket Wireless retailer with over 220 locations. This role offers an hourly salary of $12.00–$14.00 plus uncapped commissions, paid bi‑weekly, with additional monthly and quarterly contests. No prior sales experience required. The Role As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will assist customers by identifying the best phone, plan, and accessories for their needs. You will maintain product knowledge, deliver excellent customer service, and support store operations. We Offer Uncapped commissions, the more you sell, the more you earn. Cricket team color apparel provided. Responsibilities Stay updated on new promotions, price changes, and policy updates. Sell Cricket Wireless plans, devices, accessories, and high‑speed internet. Achieve and exceed sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add‑ons, retention, and autopay. Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye. Maintain store cleanliness, keep displays current, and ensure merchandise is well stocked and organized. Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services. Develop and maintain relationships with co‑workers and consumers. Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations. Participate in local marketing and community events to promote the brand. Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail periods; work at various locations may be required. Attendance at off‑site events during and after business hours required. Balance customer experience while achieving performance goals. Tech‑savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices. Strong communication skills, able to explain all products clearly. Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and capable of working in a team environment and engaging with consumers. Independent and self‑motivated team player. Regular physical activity required (e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays). Reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs for deposits as needed. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a fully functioning smartphone on the first day of work.
