Are you looking for a driving career that balances strong weekly earnings with consistent home time? We are currently hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for our Southwest Regional routes. Enjoy reliable miles, 100% no-touch freight, and getting home every single week for your reset. What We Offer (Pay & Benefits) Consistent Weekly Pay: $1,250 - $1,500 weekly average. CPM Paid on All Miles: Get paid for both loaded and empty miles. Home Weekly: Spend 5 to 5.5 days on the road, with a full 34 to 48-hour reset at home. Take-Home Truck: Conveniently take your truck home with you during your reset. Comprehensive Benefits: Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Retirement: 401(k) with up to a $2,000 company match. Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year. Additional Compensation: $20 per hour for detention and breakdown pay. Freight & Equipment 100% No-Touch Freight: Save your energy for the road. Drop & Hook: High efficiency with 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload). Type of Freight: Dry Van. Modern Fleet: Drive newer, well-maintained equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International). Qualifications & Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Experience: Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience. Recency: Must have verifiable driving experience within the last 90 days. Background: Background check required. DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
