Our team is responsible for ensuring that integrated hardware meets physical, functional, and performance objectives.What You Will Be DoingAs the Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer, you will be responsible for generating test procedures and plans, preparing test readiness review packages, integrating a development effort, and executing qualification testing. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Aerospace) or PhysicsExperience in hardware lab testing, ground testing, and flight testing of ground based or air based munitionsMinimum of 7+ years work experience in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing (or combination of)Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certificationActive Secret DoD Clearance required to start (US Citizenship required)Desired Skills10+ years of experience in leading integration and test lab, ground, and/or flight executionPrevious Munitions experience with a focus on ground to air based munitionsDemonstrated knowledge of Systems Engineering V with a focus on Test Readiness Reviews(TRR) and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews (PSRR)Experience with sensor payloadsExperience defining Test Plans, Approaches and Test Equipment requirementsExperience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing and EMI Qualification TestingFamiliarity with defining security plans Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem HW/SW integration planning and executionDemonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiencyDeliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action detailsAbility to verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriatelyGenerate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in verification and validation activitiesExperience in qualification testing per MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD environmentsExperience with hardware in the loop (HWIL) testingActive SECRET (or higher) clearances preferredPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
