Physical Therapist - Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)

The Physical Therapist will provide essential outpatient and acute care services in a critical access hospital setting. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to support recovery and rehabilitation.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement therapy interventions for outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facility patients.
• Perform patient education for families and caregivers regarding home exercise programs and rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient or acute care setting.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in hand at submission.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
