Tula Massage & Wellness is a calm, family-owned wellness studio located in Bellbrook, Ohio. We are focused on creating a supportive, professional environment where therapists can grow while providing highly personalized care to clients. Our studio values meaningful client connection, customized sessions, and quality care over quick turnover.

We are currently looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about wellness, client-centered care, and helping create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Position Details

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Percentage-based pay
• Flexible scheduling
• Existing clientele welcomed
• All massage supplies provided by studio
• Free sauna use for LMTs (clients receive scheduling priority)
• Therapists with limited availability may share treatment rooms with other therapists whose schedules align

Responsibilities

• Provide customized therapeutic massage sessions tailored to each client’s needs
• Be comfortable accommodating varying pressure preferences
• Administer add-on services including dynamic cupping and hot stone therapy
• Maintain a clean, professional, and calming treatment space
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through attentive, personalized care
• Accurately communicate with clients regarding comfort, wellness goals, and session preferences
• Collaborate respectfully with other therapists in a shared studio environment
• Uphold professional and ethical massage therapy standards at all times.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies and document progress accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and industry standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while ensuring excellent patient service and satisfaction throughout each session.

Requirements

• Active Ohio Massage Therapy License required
• Proof of professional liability insurance required
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
• Ability to provide therapeutic massage for a variety of client needs and pressure levels
• Experience with or willingness to learn dynamic cupping and hot stone add-ons
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans accordingly.
• Experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ongoing learning within the field of massage therapy.
