Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour days) Employment Type: Travel Required Qualifications One year of recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES certification in compliance with state regulations Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA/ARC) Valid Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations PALS or ENPC certification Additional certifications or licenses relevant to the position Summary The Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist assists physicians in performing minimally invasive procedures using advanced imaging technology. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, operating fluoroscopic and other imaging modalities, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. The IR Technologist works closely with the interventional radiologist and healthcare team to support complex vascular and non‑vascular procedures in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment.
