Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents during night shifts in a long-term care setting
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ condition, perform routine assessments, and document findings; escalate changes to the supervising RN
- Manage basic nursing tasks such as wound care, vital signs, and safety monitoring; maintain accurate charting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to infection control practices, medication safety standards, and QA/PI processes

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Graduation from an approved LPN program
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and adapt to a nocturnal schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; demonstrated reliability in a care setting
- Experience in or knowledge of long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred
- Current legal right to work in the United States
