What You’ll Do

• Meet and speak with homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area
• Educate homeowners about roofing solutions
• Schedule roof inspections
• Help homeowners navigate the roofing process
• Build relationships through excellent customer service
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position . You must be comfortable with:

• Lifting up to 80 pounds
• Climbing ladders safely
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Working on residential roofs
• Working outdoors in Florida weather

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Willingness to learn and be coached
