Primary Responsibilities Assemble assigned quantity and type of final products based on assigned work orders Test final product and assist in quality control/inspection of the products being assembled Assist in sorting and organizing finished product for outbound packaging and shipping Complete final quality inspection on assembled products Capability to complete all product assemblies without aid Job Competencies/Success Factors Attention to detail Problem solving skills Ability to quickly learn new things and receive feedback Basic computer skills in order to operate a tablet Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA's) Communication Skills - strong written and verbal communication skills. Mathematics - ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, decimals, percentages and other calculations.
