Consulting Roles Analyst : As a junior consultant, provide market intelligence, data analysis, and support while gaining exposure to the industry. Work directly with teams to conduct research, prepare financial and statistical analyses, and assist with report creation. Associate : Build skills conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and real estate research. Assist in business development initiatives, participate in client meetings, and prepare reports and deliverables. Senior Associate : Manage consulting projects, develop intellectual property initiatives, manage client relationships, and prepare industry presentations. Mentor, train, and manage junior team members. Vice President : Serve as a senior project manager overseeing the firm’s most complex engagements. Build industry expertise and develop business while crafting intellectual property initiatives. Act as a practice group leader or support for senior leaders, working directly with clients. Managing Director : Recognized as an expert with a track record in project execution, business development, and intellectual property development. Lead advisory groups and the firm. RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA) Roles Investment : Source and underwrite real estate investments—including joint ventures, separate accounts, funds, operating platforms, and direct transactions—for institutional investors. Advance from investment analysts to principals and directors, focusing on strategy, sourcing, and partnership negotiation. Asset Management : Oversee underwriting for existing real estate investments, partnerships, and portfolios. Make hold/sell, renovation, capital, and strategy decisions. Progress through analysts, managers, principals, and directors to evaluate portfolio positioning and deliver investment decisions. Reporting & Performance Analytics : Manage property, portfolio, and fund data; analyze performance against expectations and benchmarks. Grow from analysts to managers and principals who interpret data for investment and portfolio decisions. Strategy and Research : Conduct macro‑economic and real‑estate research to inform investment strategies and evaluate property types, geographies, and partners. Career progression from analyst to manager to principal providing recommendations to investors. Institutional Consulting : Provide research‑driven advice and guidance to institutional investors on real‑estate strategies, portfolios, partnerships, opportunities, and teams. Progress from analyst to defender to principals and directors advising clients' boards. Operational Roles Accounting : Manage company finances, including billing, payroll, project accounting, forecasts, projections, and client and consultant support. Business Development & Marketing : Lead outreach to prospective clients, manage client relationships, oversee corporate marketing, promotions, press relations, and content creation. Administration : Manage business operations: team support, office and facilities, special projects, client service, human capital, recruiting, and internal/external communications. Innovation, Data, and Analytics (IDA) : Manage data science, BI, and technology initiatives across the firm.
